Refund & Shipping Policy

Return policy

Star Kratom offers customers a 30-day refund guarantee. This guarantee applies to products that have been opened and products that are unopened. The customer is not required to provide Star Kratom with a reason for requesting a refund; however, Star Kratom does require all products to be returned before processing the refund. The refund guarantee period of 30 days begins on the day that the tracking number shows the package as delivered. Please note that the period does not begin on the date the order was placed on the website. 

If you wish to return any items that have been opened, you must ensure that at least 85% of the original contents remain within the package. If this is not the case, we cannot process your refund. 

Any and all products that are returned to us and have been opened are immediately disposed of. They are not restocked or resold. 

If you would like to request a refund from Star Kratom, please follow the steps below:

  1. Get in touch with us via phone or email using the details on our Contact Us page. 
  2. Our friendly customer support team will email you a return postage label. This is so you don’t have to pay for postage on your return parcel. 
  3. Print the label we email you and take it to your local post office along with your return package. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also take a picture of the label on your phone.
  4. Ensure your return package is neatly and securely packed. 
  5. Once we receive the return package, we will process your refund. This will be done via either reversing the charge on your credit or debit card or by sending a personal check to the shipping address linked to the account used to purchase the order. 

Please note: If you chose to have the funds reversed on your credit or debit card, please allow a period of up to five business days for the funds to appear on your statement. 

Exchange policy

Star Kratom offers customers a 90-day exchange policy. This policy only applies to items that have been unopened. If you would like to request a product exchange from Star Kratom, please follow the steps below:

  1. Get in touch with us via phone or email using the details on our Contact Us page. 
  2. Our friendly customer support team will email you a return postage label. This is so you don’t have to pay for postage on your return parcel. 
  3. Print the label we email you and take it to your local post office along with your return package. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also take a picture of the label on your phone.
  4. Contact us again once the package has been shipped. We will use the return label to track the progress of your package. 
  5. Once we have been able to confirm the tracking and process the exchange, we will organize for your new items to be shipped directly to you.
